Rules
The following regulation concerns the stay and is considered accepted upon the delivery of the keys.
General rules
- The house has been sanitized in compliance with anti-COVID regulations.
- Access to the house:
- Gatherings of people inside the house are prohibited.
- Access to the house is only allowed to registered guests. Strangers are not allowed inside the house.
Electricity
- The circuit breaker is located at the main entrance (behind the TV).
- The switch to control the garage lights is also present.
- The electricity meter is located at the entrance of the condominium (next to the gate located at the entrance of the private road); if needed, the key to access it is in the bulletin board (labeled "CONTATORE LUCE").
Water and gas:
- Water and gas are already open and ready to use.
- Gas is supplied through single LPG cylinders, which are located under the balcony and are accessible through comfortable spiral stairs (with a safety gate to prevent animals or children from going down the stairs).
- The house is supplied with enough gas for the stay. If the gas is not sufficient, please contact the owner (phone number: 3395433386).
- The barbecue is also powered by an LPG cylinder. When using it, the utmost attention is requested, and the cylinder valve must always be closed.
- Keep the barbecue cylinder in the shade.
- It is absolutely forbidden to replace the gas cylinders independently.
- In summer, water is rationed. If there is no water, it is possible to use the emergency tanks, then turn on the autoclave from the electrical panel behind the TV (labeled "MOTORE");
- as it is rationed, water must be used sparingly.
- There is an outdoor shower in the garage.
- Before taking a shower, make sure to remove the sand to avoid clogging the drains.
- The shower only has cold water, and if necessary, there is also a boiler for hot water. The switch is located on the outdoor kitchen (house level), next to the gas stove.
Keys
- Two sets of keys are made available, each with a Garage, Passauomo, and main entrance key.
- The key to the external Kitchen 3 is kept in the bulletin board.
- The keys to Pozzoluce and the back doors remain attached inside the doors, please do not remove them.
- It is recommended to close the external doors to prevent the entry of unwanted animals.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside or outside the house.
Cleaning and use
The house should be used as if it were your own, with the utmost respect for private property. For this reason, maximum collaboration is required, especially with furniture and furnishings.
Towels and sheets
For each guest couple, a kit is provided consisting of:
- Sheets with pillowcases for each double bed
- Any sheets for a crib (upon request)
- Towel kit for each guest (bath, bidet, and shower)
At the end of the stay, it is appreciated if the house is left tidy. This is not a hotel, so towels and sheets should be left in their place. We will take care of removing and washing them.
It is strictly forbidden to take away the kits provided after the stay.
Furniture
The house's furniture is of high quality. Please use them with the utmost care, even by any children.
Furniture that is locked with a key is not for use. Please do not force it open.
Waste
At Santa Maria di Ricadi, separate waste collection is carried out with door-to-door pick-up. Depending on the type of waste, it is necessary to follow the table and the instructions below. The bags must be placed at the entrance of the private road by 7 am. It is strongly recommended to place the bags the night before.
- Organic waste (Kitchen scraps and green waste) - Transparent bag or compost bin
- Paper and cardboard - Yellow bag - Glass: bottles, glasses (not crystal), glass vases, etc.
- Non-recyclable waste - Transparent bag
- Glass - Green bag
- Multimaterial (Plastic, aluminum, steel) - Blue bag - Multimaterial: plastic, aluminum, steel (bottles, bags, cellophane, detergent and cleaning product bottles, transparent wrappings, polystyrene, plastic plates and cups, ice cream containers, food trays, cans, tin cans, iron or aluminum containers, aluminum caps and lids, steel jars, etc.)
- It is recommended to plan to place the bags the night before.
- Attention: the environmental operators have the possibility to report the failure to comply with the rules and schedules.
- It is recommended to plan the disposal of waste before leaving and to avoid accumulation.
Kitchen
There are three kitchens available:
- Kitchen 1: Small kitchen near the living room
- Kitchen 2: Outdoor kitchen
- Kitchen 3: Large kitchen with a separate entrance.
The small kitchen can be used for preparing breakfast or for short and simple preparations. The large kitchen is usually the least used. The outdoor kitchen is a professional kitchen and is the most used.
There is also a gas barbecue available.
All available tools can be used.
It is appreciated to clean immediately after using the kitchen and barbecue to avoid food remains going bad or being attacked by insects, thank you.
TV
- The TV only works with a TVSAT decoder.
- Two remote controls are available, one for the television (on/off and volume) and one for the decoder (channel change).
Garden and garage
- Water the plants and the garden at least once a day (thank you!)
- In case of wind, and in any case before going out or going to sleep, ALWAYS CLOSE THE UMBRELLA
- It is possible to park up to a maximum of two cars (no vans or campers). Additional vehicles must be parked outside.
